Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Matt, and I’m a Digital Marketing professional with over four years’ experience. I specialise in a range of different areas of digital marketing, including email marketing, social media management, content creation, and more. I’ve worked both in-house and in agencies across Leeds and Bradford, with a wide range of clients across multiple industries.
Work Experience
I originally started out as an apprentice at a media and events company, where I earned a Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration. Fast forward five years, and I progressed to being a Project Director managing a team of apprentices. In this time, I’d been involved with the businesses email marketing campaigns and social media channels. This experience made me want to pursue a more marketing-focused role.
I then moved into working at a digital marketing agency, continuing to grow my skills in email and social media marketing while also being introduced to SEO, PPC, website design, and Google Analytics.
Most recently, I was a Marketing and Sales Executive at a different marketing agency.
Hobbies
Outside of work, I like to keep healthy while socialising with friends by playing football and going to the gym. I’m also a long-suffering Leeds United fan, going to as many home games as possible.
If I’m not watching football, I love to watch films or listen to music, or I’ll be running around after my Cocker Spaniel, Enzo.
First Week at Twilo
My first week is done! It’s been a fun week, my new colleagues are all nice and very welcoming. I’ve learnt a lot, started working on new ads for clients, and discussed my personal development moving forwards.
How do you look to help push Twilo forward?
I want to make a difference and push Twilo in the right direction by working hard with the team and independently, to ensure clients get the best results!
