Picture this: job you love, leadership team responsibilities, working with an incredible team, a bright and exciting career ahead, a brand-new baby (that doesn’t sleep) and deciding THIS was the perfect moment to leave everything you know you and become an independent business consultant!
Well, this was me in 2014, and I am fortunate to say that I have only ever looked forward since. My decision was driven by my enjoyment of working hand in hand with management teams, developing and implementing marketing strategies that make a lasting and positive impact. However, beyond the results, what truly matters to me is the way we work. My approach is anchored in values, hard work, a profound care for my clients and their businesses, – my ethos became Mythos Consulting.
Over the years, consulting has grown from strength to strength, accumulating a diverse clientele, engaging in exciting projects, and fostering long-term relationships with valued partners such as Twilo. I’ve had the privilege of working with over 30 businesses, assuming diverse senior roles, from Marketing Director to Head of Franchise Success with various board responsibilities – and now most recently Non-Executive Director at Twilo Creative.
Working with this amazing team led by Wayne, as NED I will be driving a focus on growth, offering challenge, guidance, and strategic input to ensure Twilo operates to its highest potential. I’ve built a reputation for being insightful, constructively challenging and I am excited about bringing proactive and measurable success to this high growth, creative business. Outside of work, I have two children and live in the countryside which means my weekends mostly involve hiking boots, riding boots, welly boots but definitely no cowboy boots.
